meet the teamBlair and Lia are the husband-and-wife team behind Luxcraft Renovations. Together, they bring a rare balance of technical expertise and intuitive design, grounded in a shared passion for creating homes that feel as good as they look.
Married since 2017 and working together as of 2018, Blair and Lia have built more than a business—they’ve built lasting relationships. Most of their clients feel like family by the end of a project, and many come back again or refer others because of the care and clarity they bring to every step of the renovation process.
When they’re not managing projects or reimagining spaces, you’ll find them updating their own home, golfing, traveling, and spending time with their blended family of five—and their two dogs. Renovation is more than their work; it’s how they live.

Blair began his career in millwork at 17, working alongside his father and developing a meticulous eye for detail. With over 25 years in the industry and more than a decade of renovation experience, he’s the one ensuring every project is executed to the highest standards, on time and on budget.

Lia’s roots in design run deep. A graduate of Blanche Macdonald with family ties to a small textile town in Italy, her sense of style is both timeless and personal. She brings the big-picture vision and client-first experience that makes each project feel thoughtful and effortless.
