Structural shifts opened the space, while new electrical and HVAC systems brought it into the present. The design channels a refined modern-European sensibility with subtle Greek undertones. Walls in Settled Greek Villa evoke sun-bleached plaster, setting a soft backdrop for sleek millwork and waterfall quartz countertops streaked with caramel veining reminiscent of sand and stone. A custom plaster fireplace anchors the living area, marrying Mediterranean warmth with contemporary restraint. Throughout, a cohesive palette of textures and tones creates a seamless flow—sophisticated, modern, and quietly inviting.
